1. Get a straw, a long one
2. Let the air out by inserting the straw through the air outlet to the base of the balloon neck. You'll feel the balloon deflate at once.
3. Gently press the balloon with your hand to release all the air inside.
4. Then pull out the straw. Deflate and you're done.
